At KKHS Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with our WhatsApp Business API services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy below.
1. Free Plan
Our Free plan does not require any payment. You can use it for as long as you want with no obligation to upgrade.
2. Paid Plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
All paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected during subscription.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
Upon cancellation, your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period
After the billing period ends, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan
No further charges will be applied after cancellation
4. Refund Eligibility
Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund available if you are not satisfied with our services
After 7 days: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
Annual plans: Pro-rated refunds may be issued for unused months if cancelled within the first 30 days
5. Non-Refundable Items
WhatsApp Cloud Messaging charges (these are charged directly by Meta)
Setup or onboarding fees (if applicable)
Accounts that have violated our terms of service
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

Include your registered email and reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
